How to use: Apply Oil from root to tip 2x a week or as desired to provide natural moisture to scalp and hair. As a hot oil treatment: section hair and massage oil uno scalp for about five minutes. Work the oil along the length of your hair until roots and tips are well covered. Cover with a shower cap for 30 minutes or under dryer for 10 minutes. Apply small amounts to hair, one section at a time 3x a week or as needed. More may be needed during harsher climates.

About this product

Jamaican black castor oil is a thick brown colored castor oil that is extracted from the beans and seeds of the castor plant. Although the source of the Jamaican black castor oil and castor oil is the same, the process is significantly different. Castor oil is pressed from fresh seeds whereas Jamaican black castor oil is created by roasting the seeds first and then extracting the oil. Despite the small distinction in the manufacturing process, Jamaican oil has higher pH that is extremely beneficial for skin and hair.
